inadequate service

the double bed was just two small beds pushed together, what a joke! Honestly, I was practically falling into a hole, can you imagine? Plus, who thought it was acceptable for housekeeping to barge in at 9am? And I certainly expected some kind of complimentary gesture after these inconveniences, but that was wishful thinking. I almost gave it a decent review but just couldn't.

The check-in process was really smooth. they attended to my needs even at midnight. The hotel maintained a peaceful atmosphere that allowed for great rest, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout my stay. The city view from my room was a wonderful bonus, making each morning feel special.

Some of the amenities could use improvement.

I really enjoyed the comfy beds and how quiet it was, even with the traffic outside. The pub nearby had a lovely terrace to chill out, and I appreciated the option to leave my luggage at the reception after check-out. Just a heads-up that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, it didn’t spoil my stay! 😊

An ideal base for families with children, we enjoyed the nearby zoo and found the plays areas really convenient, especially with our dogs around. We also appreciated the quick access to trams, which made exploring the city a breeze.

My kids wished for more engaging activities in the hotel.

It was just a well-suited match for a quick weekend visit in Berlin with outstanding value for money. The keys were actual keys, which added a unique twist to the experience. Make sure to check the room temperature beforehand since it can get quite cold.
